PRODUCTION PROCESS

This type of recessed dish, we call it flight case dish, road case dish, castor dish. This dish has a total length of 202mm a width of 144mm, and a height of 43MM, with a recessed part of 152*94. There are 8 mounting holes on the edge. The usage is to hollow out the box, and then embed the dish. This function is to facilitate the placement of the casters of the box in the recessed position, so that the boxes can be stacked directly together, saving space and position.

How to select a right castor dish
Selecting a wheel dish for a flight case involves considering factors such as the size and weight of the case, the type of terrain it will be used on, and personal preferences. Here are some steps to help you choose the right wheel dish for your flight case:
1. **Weight Capacity**: Check the weight capacity of the wheel dish to ensure it can support the weight of your flight case when fully loaded. Make sure to account for the weight of the case itself as well as its contents.
2. **Wheel Size**: Consider the size of the wheels based on the terrain you will be rolling the flight case on. Larger wheels are better for rough terrain, while smaller wheels may be sufficient for smoother surfaces.
3. **Wheel Material**: Choose wheels made from durable materials such as rubber or polyurethane for smooth and quiet rolling. Consider the wheel's ability to absorb shock to protect the contents of the case.
4. **Swivel vs. Fixed Wheels**: Decide whether you need swivel wheels for easier maneuverability or fixed wheels for more stability when moving in a straight line.
5. **Braking System**: Some wheel dishes come with built-in brakes to prevent the case from rolling unintentionally. Consider if this feature is important for your use case.
6. **Installation**: Ensure that the wheel dish is compatible with your flight case and that installation is straightforward. Some wheel dishes may require additional hardware or tools for mounting.
7. **Brand and Reviews**: Research different brands and read reviews from other users to get an idea of the quality and performance of the wheel dish you are considering.
8. **Budget**: Set a budget for the wheel dish and compare prices from different retailers to find a product that offers good value for money.
By considering these factors, you can select a wheel dish that meets your specific needs and ensures smooth and convenient transportation of your flight case.
